The Dare County Department of Health and Human Services partners with community groups each year to offer a Thanksgiving Relief Program. Sponsors and candidates are needed. Participation is welcome from all residents of Dare County. Applicants will be approved based on need, availability of sponsorship and funds.
Hatteras Island
The Fessenden Center and Dare County Department of Health and Human Services is seeking sponsors and applicants for the Hatteras Island Thanksgiving Basket Program.

The Roanoke Island Woman’s Club is seeking sponsors and applicants for its Thanksgiving Basket Program provided in conjunction with the Dare County Department of Health and Human Services.
