Penix holds a BS in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Southern Arkansas University and an MS in Guidance and Counseling Science from Henderson State University. PATTI O’BANNONThe former principal of Nash transferred her talent to Texas High School as the new principal of the campus.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Southern Arkansaw University, a Masters and Chief of Psychology from Texas A&M University Texas, and a Supervisory Diploma from the Bill Ratriff Executive Academy of Texas A&M University Commerce.

O’Bannon began his educational career 28 years ago and has held various positions at Hook ISD, Redwater ISD and Liberty Eilau ISD.

While at Nash Elementary, O’Bannon led the growth of registrants and district leaders. My boss program. She was selected under the TISD Management Trainee Program in 2010 and served as Deputy Principal of Highland Park Elementary School until she was appointed Deputy Principal of Nash Elementary School in 2011.

Luna is a first generation college graduate from the University of Texas A&M (Texarkana) who is dedicated to reading and holds a bachelor’s degree in general research with a major degree in EC-12. In addition, she obtained a Master of Science in Curriculum and Education and a Master of Science in Educational Administration from TAMU-T and with support from the TISD Graduate School Cohort program. This program offers teachers the opportunity to earn a master’s degree.

Luna was recently named Region VIII Assistant Principal of the Year by the Texas Elementary School Principals and Supervisors Association (TEPSA) and is currently enrolled in the Bill Ratriff Academy of Education through the Region 8 Education Service Center. .
