Operation Support Our Troops-America, a Naperville-based nonprofit, has announced its upcoming fundraiser, “Over the Edge.”
According to Executive Director Scott Maxson, âOver the Edge is an exciting way to come together as a community, to raise awareness of our mission, and to raise funds to continue supporting those who sacrifice so much for our freedom. On September 11, Operation Support Our Troops -America, will host this exciting event at the Arista Hotel in Naperville. In partnership with Over the Edge Global, OSOT-America and its attendees will abseil down the side of the hotel to raise funds and raise awareness of our mission.
In addition to the abseiling, there will be food, music, interactive exhibits and in general a day to honor our service members and their families. Proceeds allow Operation Support Our Troops-America to continue to serve more veterans and military families through active duty, veterans and families of the fallen programs.
Those wishing to participate must commit to raising a minimum of $ 1,000 in order to secure their booster seat. There will be incentives to reach higher fundraising milestones. Registration for corporate teams and sponsorships are also available. To sign up for the recall and for more information, visit fundrazr.com/OSOT-America-2020.
